Thank you, Ileana, for this thought-provoking post. I totally agree with you that if it's not entirely clear who made what decisions and why they were made, then the interface needs to be redesigned. I worry that this is going to be a serious problem with many AI tools going forward, and a deliberate one at that as humans decide to absolve themselves from both agency and responsibility.
